The walls are crooked and uneven, and the old roof beams have been restored to be both visible and part of the experience. Inside, a complete contrast awaits you: everything has been lovingly and extremely stylishly redesigned for you, down to the smallest detail. Before we rave any further about the interior, we don’t want to keep the brilliant location from you any longer: it’s just a few steps to the beach and the sea, and you’ll find the cozy village pond right around the corner. Breakfast rolls, fine restaurants, and Feinkost Meyer are also just a stone’s throw away. Studio 95 offers the ideal location: “quiet, yet right in the heart of Wenningstedt.”

Right outside your front door, you’ll find a true gem—a cozy, sunny little garden. In the summer, the lilacs and hydrangeas bloom in full splendor. You’ll find a seating area with lounge chairs and a beach chair for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors—all, of course, equipped with cushioned covers. Of course, a beach chair is also a must-have (all garden furniture is available from approximately April through October).

A parking space is available at the house. This is a non-smoking residence. Free EV charging station.
