The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had a lot of dogs, which isn’t too good in a restaurant. The breakfast cup was very stained, so I had to get it swapped, but the food was very nice, with a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly, and we had a good laugh with them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very generous portions. Our room was small and lacked anywhere to sit and also the bedside tables were very small. This lovely hotel in is one of the prettiest squares in Wells. We had an outdoor room up a fire escape because we had a dog. The rooms in the pub seemed better. The Restaurant was very small, but the food was good.
