Hector's Hideaway is a modern, single-story coastal holiday home nestled within the exclusive Staithe Place development, situated in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, one of the most sought-after and popular coastal towns in North Norfolk. Tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac, this pet-friendly retreat boasts tasteful, traditional furnishings, and parking for two cars, placing a premium on both comfort and the convenience of easy access to both local attractions as well as those further afield.
All on one level, Hector's Hideaway is very welcoming, and instantly feels like home-from-home. At one end of the bungalow, a well-equipped smart fitted breakfast kitchen provides everything you will need - including a Nespresso coffee machine - essential for first thing in the morning, and has the added benefit of extending into a charming conservatory that provides direct access to the fully enclosed south-facing private garden. In the middle of the property, a delightful sitting room enjoys overlooking the garden and has the bonus of a Smart widescreen television with SkyQ. Three inviting bedrooms await when heads are sleepy (a super-king size master bedroom, a king-size and a twin), all serviced by two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Outside at the rear is a fully secure, high fenced enclosed garden ensuring you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday without worrying about your pets. It's a sunny spot too, just the place for chilling and chatting, when you feel like staying put, perhaps sharing a bottle of local wine while popping something tasty on the charcoal barbecue.
