Maine Adventure 1.5 miles from Wells Beach

Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private 1 Bedroom Flat with its own entrance, full bathroom, and living/dining room. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/Heat. Comfy Queen-sized bed w/ bedding linens, towels, fridge, iron, blow dryer, first aid kit, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

The Flat and it's full bathroom are private and located in the flat with a private entrance. Has a Queen-size bed that's clean and refreshing. Open Concept. This unit is in the basement.

There is no cleaning fee so I highly encourage guests if they are able to follow the easy 3 step check out procedure to help expedite turn overs so that guests can quickly check in after you.

Due to parking space limitations, if you bring more than one car, then please park your cars in back of each other instead of taking another parking space.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, which features a refrigerator. Conveniences include a dryer and an iron/ironing board.
