Enter the three-story beach estate and you will be greeted with an open concept living space, complete with the exposed beams. There is the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for basic meal preparation. Additionally, the hardwood dining room table has sufficient seating for the whole family. There is a grand staircase in the center of the 1st floor, dressed with cast-iron railings as well as a stone chimney. 

The Master Bedroom, located on the first floor, has an luxurious king sized bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking Wells Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. 
Also on the first floor (Harbourside), you will find a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, as well as a set of twin sized bunk beds. Travel up to the top floor loft, and you will find one queen bed on the ocean side of the property.
