Family oriented beach cottage with access to private Moody Beach in Wells, Maine! Perfect for families to share, with plenty of room for adults and children to relax and play. This 3 bedroom cottage has everything you need to enjoy the beach plus it’s only minutes away from Ogunquit beach and a short ride to Kennebunkport, Portland and York Maine for shopping, fun and fine dining. This cottage has one king size bed, one queen size bed, one queen size futon and 2 full bunk beds that sleeps 4.

Perfect for families that are looking to vacation together to share the costs. Kitchen has everything you need, including all necessary appliances, dinnerware, dishwasher and even a large lobster pot for an authentic Maine experience. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, full bath with jacuzzi tub and functional washer and dryer. The third floor has an additional TV room space with games for children to play should the kiddos need a break from the sun. In the TV room, there is a queen size futon that folds out as an additional sleeping option. In addition, the third floor also has another bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds that sleeps 4! This house has it all, including a private deck area with sand toys and boogie boards for the kiddos and Adirondack chairs for adults to relax and enjoy the ocean sea breeze. Incredible ocean views can be seen from the master bedroom and third floor TV room. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay at this adorable cottage on beautiful Moody Beach!

Heavenly Happy Place

Check-in and cleanliness couldn't be better. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. Towels and bedding were more than adequate. Having a washer and dryer was fabulous!! The beach house was super comfortable with a great private patio.Only steps to the gorgeous Moody Beach with breathtaking views. Ogunquit is just down the road with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We had one of the best vacations we've had in a long time and we absolutely loved it.
