The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The dishcloth stank. The bathroom was so dirty. There were marks in the bedding and under the bed and couches were not clean. We found old tissues and other stuff.

Disliked: Amenities
The property is clean but needs lots more TLC. The bathroom looks quite new and the kitchen was in good condition also. Having a hot plate and cooking equipment was nice but would have liked a table and chairs to sit at to eat. The front door was old, draughty and generally very flimsy and not secure. There is no noise insultion, so you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Its one of 3 motels on the road and you have to collect keys at a different location. Not a place I would recommend.

4/10 Poor

Strong incense type smell in the room gave us all a headache had to sleep with doors open, bathroom light didn’t work and no door handle on inside of bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Check in is down the road, checked us into wrong room. Only plus was they were able to accommodate our trailer as they had rooms that were permanently closed.

Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone.

The property was fine for the price. However, certain areas could do with a spruce up. Bed was comfortable and clean, the only real downside was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't work on our last morning.
