Welcome to your cozy studio retreat in Lower Hutt

Set in a peaceful pocket of Lower Hutt, this studio offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, just minutes from local shops and public transport. It`s a comfortable, well-equipped space ideal for solo travellers or couples.

The space:
• One queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens.
• One bathroom with a heated toilet seat, bidet and heated towel rail.
• Fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances.
• Washer/dryer combo for longer stays.
• Smart TV for entertainment.
• Ground floor unit for easy access.
• Porta cot and highchair available on request.

Parking:
There`s no dedicated carpark, but free street parking is available right outside on this quiet, easy-to-park street.

Guest access:
You`ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay, with complete privacy and comfort. You`re also welcome to use the shared outdoor common areas, available to all residents.

Getting around:
Taita Train Station is a five-minute walk away, with bus stops also within a short walking distance. Walter Nash Centre is a three-minute drive, Lower Hutt CBD is ten minutes, and Avalon Park is seven minutes out. Uber and taxis are readily available.

The neighbourhood:
This part of Lower Hutt is close to Belmont Regional Park and Queensgate Shopping Centre, with a handful of local cafés and everyday amenities nearby. For something more, Wellington CBD is within easy reach for dining and entertainment.

House rules:
• Strictly no pets allowed.
• No smoking indoors.
• Please don`t eat in the bedrooms – the dining table is there for a reason.
• No gatherings inside the house. Zero tolerance for parties and loud music.
• Please don`t tamper with the front door or its fittings, as this may prevent it from unlocking and require someone to come and assist you.

Guests:
• Only registered guests to stay overnight – please let us know in advance if your numbers change. This is important in case of an emergency, and for insurance purposes.

Damage & maintenance:
We understand accidents happen. Please let us know so we can arrange replacement items or repairs before the next check-in.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
• If you move any furniture, please move it back to its original position at the
• end of your stay. If additional staff are required to move heavier items, a charge will apply.
