NEIGHBOURHOOD:

located in the City of Welland, The White Water Lily gives you an opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and well manicured neighbourhood in the northeastern side of Welland. Whether you are looking for access to the highway, most convenient bus route or the hiking trails, neighbourhoods in northeastern Welland are the best choice.

We are located at a 2 minute walking distance from Niagara St., which is an added advantage as far as basic amenities and accessibility to the Welland waterways is concerned. Experience plenty of natural green space, long hiking trails along the water, boat tours and water sports.

THE APARTMENT:

The White Water Lily is a cozy apartment, it has an open plan kitchen-and-living space. The 2 Bedrooms are divided by a walkway that leads the guest to the kitchen and living area. There is 1 Bathroom and Laundry on site. The Garden in the backyard is a delight, through which you can access the serene Trelawn park directly.

FYI through the park you get direct access to the best grocery store, coffee shops and other utilities in town. We are about 20 minute drive to the falls and 30 min drive to the quaint historic town Niagra-on-the-lake.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guest have a private entrance and can be accessed anytime during the stay. You will have the whole apartment to yourself for the dates booked by you. Currently the guests can access The Living Area, Kitchen, 1 Bedroom & Bathroom privately and the shared outdoor space.

Great apartment, close to restaurants

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and convenient walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hosts were very friendly and helpful which made check in a breeze. Looking forward to staying here again when we are in town.

Spacious basement! Very complete

Guests were very caring and wanted to make sure we had a nice time. Only thing basement was really cold. Beds were great, big kitchen and living room.
