Bring your boat and your family and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the St. John's River. Covered boathouse is currently decked over and provides a large space for relaxing, fishing, entertaining or simply enjoying your morning coffee while still leaving room to securely dock your boat.

Newly updated and refreshed home nestled in quiet neighborhood on cul-de-sac includes 2 bedrooms with full bath, laundry area, full kitchen, breakfast table and livingrooom inside. Outside is a separate bungalow with private bedroom and half bath. In the backyard, you will find a deck overlooking the water with outdoor table and chair and screened in room with grill and small bar area. Outdoor security cameras are present for surveillance of front and back yards.

Quick Fishing Trip

This quaint property is perfect for a quick getaway for a few days. It’s perfect for docking your boat and accessing the river to go fishing. The hostess was very attentive, courteous and thoughtful. The house decor was perfect and was very inviting. The kitchen was furnished with all the necessary items for use while cooking. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with me and my family. Christmas stay

This place is 5 star all the way. Easy, easy check in. Very well stocked. Basically all you need to bring is your food and clothes. Loved the place. Nice location. I would love to come back again. Highly recommend.
