The room was clean and was decorated in a wonderful mermaid theme. We enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. The property was well maintained. We had a great time and hope to return again in the future.

Very peaceful sweet little place. I did not rate staff as I never saw anyone, but that is because the instructions were very clear and I encountered no problems. The mermaids and the retro theme were so cool. Wish I could have stayed longer but was not able to. Parking accommodations are great as you can park across from your unit. I had a claw foot tub, what's not to like about that!.....☺️☺️👍👌

Stayed here recently and honestly was really impressed with how clean everything was. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place definitely met my standards. Even the towels looked brand new, which says a lot. The room was a little small, but it was still very cozy and nice overall. The fridge worked perfectly, the bathtub was amazing, and I loved how easy the check-in process was. Not having to check in with anyone and simply using a code to unlock the door made everything so convenient and stress-free. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the kayaking. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

This is a classic old Florida motel. It was cute and had been remodeled with a mermaid theme but the building itself, being old, had floors that were not level and other quirky stuff. The kitchenette was great and we appreciated having a toaster as well as a microwave. The clawfoot tub was cool but the shower sprayer wasn’t mounted high enough so it washed the middle of your body vs from the top.

The room was beautiful (serenity). Stepped outside to go to dock and very disappointed. Sad. You cannot walk on docks to put the FREE KAYAK in to the water. The wood float docks are an accident waiting to happen: falling apart, no ramp from ground to docks. Looks like a garbage put of trashed docks. Very much in need of over haul. If fixed, i would ho back. The room was so cute, clean, pretty. Rest of experience was not good. Very disappointing. To kayak you have to enter water elsewhere.

We arrived a couple hours before check in. Contacted the manager, and since the room had been cleaned, let us go in right away. Our room was adorned with Mermaid decorations, and was spotless. A very cozy place to relax. The property has a waterway canal at the end. Plenty of easy parking. And perfect location near Pine Island and Weeki Wachee Springs State park. Excellent dining is nearby, and a CVS on the main road. We look forward to staying here again.

This was a great stopover on our way to friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bonus-I got to see my first manatee in the water right off the dock. I just wish the weather would have been warmer...Would stay here again.

Very clean! Thoughtful amenities. Super cute decor. Two small suggestions to make it perfect: The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess. The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night.
