Welcome to the Logan Lodge, your pool home away from home! Just minutes away from the Joplin Airport, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day of travel. With two separate living rooms, your family can watch multiple games, movies or shows all at once. Tucked away in a quite, family friendly neighborhood, you're sure to experience peace and tranquility during your stay.

House Rules:

*I have had other listings closed down due to guests not adhering to the rules. Therefore, the following rules are strictly enforced with a minimum $250 penalty for each violation of the rules below.
*Quiet time is from 10P to 9A.
*No house parties.
*Pool will be closed 10P-8A.
*No pets are allowed. Please do not ask. Cleaners have severe allergies and it inevitably creates more time to clean/disinfect. $250/day added to your stay + any additional cleaning costs required
*No smoking on or in the property.
*Select the accurate count of guests upon booking. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
*Check in is at 4P, check out 10A. Cleaners will most likely arrive right at checkout time as they have a short window to get everything ready for the next guests. If they have to wait at all, $50 will be assessed right away. For every 15 minute interval after that, $25 will be assessed. Asking for late check out or early check in can create a lot of extra coordination of schedules. If it works schedule-wise and with previous approval, early check ins/late checkouts will be assessed at $50/hr.
*Tampering or breaking any electronics, furniture, or appliances = $250 + any cost to replace/fix.
*Theft = $250 + any cost to replace/fix
