We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the hotel were really friendly, both check-in and check-out were easy, quick and smooth, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious with multiple food choice options and the room was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for in the room. I'd be happy to stay here again if my travels take me through Joplin and would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a hotel in the Joplin area.

It was a very nice, clean facility. At 230am we heard water hitting the floor in our bathroom. We discovered that there was a leak from the floor above and it was coming into the area between the sink and toilet. My husband told the night desk person and was provided with a mop and bucket. The desk person never came to check on things. (We were the second room from the lobby.) I informed a different desk person in the am and was provided with an apology and instructions on receiving a discount.

It is an older hotel that has been remodeled and they actually did a pretty good job. It was quiet and the breakfast selections were pretty good. The only cons were that the hotel is very, very long so the walk to our room was longer than anticipated. The desk clerk mentioned that we were on the main floor and that we could park halfway down the side of the building. What he failed to mention is that from the "main Floor" to the parking lot was downstairs. The biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the floor. We happened to spill a little water and in wiping it up discovered the towel was filthy afterwards.

I’ll start by saying the front help staff was kind and courteous. I however am leaving a bad review for the family’s that do travel and need a nice place to stay. Because this is beyond that. The hallways wreak of weed and cigarette smells through out all levels, our room was left with toenails clippings all over the floor. They tried to mask some smell with an over powering cologne scent, the rooms are severely dim lit and small for a family of 4. The room honestly left us feeling uncomfortable and we left as soon as we could. I drove 10 hours to get a nice rest with my family and I didn’t even get that. I won’t be staying here again and you definitely get what you pay for ($134.) I will spend the extra money for a nicer place.

Check in was seamless.. staff is very polite, gave good advice where to go eat. Definitely will be staying here the next time I'm coming through Joplin. Haven't had the breakfast yet but I will update everything on Google as I am always leaving reviews on there.
