We cleaned our room when we got there. There was roaches in our room. Part of the dresser was broken and the sink fell through the counter. The AC worked really great. The staff are kind of rude but it is what it is. It's what you would expect for 65$ a night.

Hotel managers extremely friendly and approachable. Visible renovation occurring to rooms.That being said, bed was very comfortable…TV worked well. Tons of walkable food nearby. Pet friendly. Cost efficient. Ignored the cosmetics of upgrades and repairs—just needed a bed at the end of the day! Frig in room worked well and microwave in room was handy. VERY SAFE neighborhood as well. Don’t expect the RITZ and you’ll be just fine!! Yes, I would stay there again….

Wires hanging from the ceiling, Beds were dirty and made after being slept in. Bloody hand towel by the sink, Bathroom door would not shut and no hot water. The room smelt like smoke.
