We were told our breakfast was not included in the price. Property is old and needs updating. First floor near room 130 smells like sewage. Some base boards are busting at the seams. AND our door was left cracked open even upon arrival, so security breached.

We looked forward to this Doubletree because we stayed at another in Dallas. I think hotel was understaffed, we requested for toiletries thought would arrive 2hrs but never received it. We didn't even received our fresh baked cookies. So we probably won't book another Hilton Doubletree again.
