This was one of the best stays we have experienced on our vacations. It was a gorgeous lake view and awesome cabin to rest at for a couple of nights on our Lake Superior Circle Tour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful cabin getaway!

Beautiful lodge and property. Checked in late in the evening and we were welcomed by the staff. The dining room is such a lovely place to relax, have a drink and dinner. The service was excellent and so quick! Had a quick sighting of a young bear wandering by along with a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was excellent and was great for our two dogs. Their first lodge stay. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen facilities and a much appreciated shower after a few days of chilly camping. Only downside was an uncomfortable mattress but it didn’t stop us from getting a good nights sleep. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great view and a welcome respite after a long day of driving.

Stellar communication between myself and the owners. I was checking in ridiculously late due to car troubles and they were so accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Instructions for everything from dining, check-in and internet were clear and comprehensive. They have thought of everything. Beautiful location. And wonderful to fall asleep to the waves. My one personal interaction was with the restaurant server, who was bubbly and warm. Will 100% be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking to truly relax.

We were amazed by the location, view, and hospitality that already made plans to go back. Jen was a great hostess. Eventhough their restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, she hand prepared our supper and breakfast. She was very easy to communicate with and made sure we are comfortable throughout the stay.

I was traveling through and stayed for one night, I wish I could have stayed longer! I wasn’t sure what to expect off the beaten path, but I was greeted by a friendly host who quickly gave me check in information. Beautiful location on the lake, great cabin and well decorated! I really enjoyed the screened in porch with my dogs. If I stayed longer, sparking the bbq would be a great perk. I would definitely return driving through again!

Air-Dale Cottage

The cabins was comfortable very clean and the property was well kept. We only spent one night but would have loved to stay longer for the full experience they had to offer. Lovely lake view and very quiet. The just was very pleasant to deal with we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area😊
