Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a variety of utensils for hearty home-cooked meals.

Front Deck: Embrace indoor-outdoor living with a large infinity deck that flows directly from the living room. Whether you’re sunbathing, dining under the stars, or birdwatching (hawks, herons, and egrets abound, and you might even spot the occasional seal or sea otter!), this deck is a showstopper.

Storage Room: Located downstairs, the lockable storage room is stocked with all kinds of goodies (upon request) for endless fun, including:
• Boogie boards, wetsuits, cornhole toss, beach chairs, and sand toys.
• Firewood for the fire place (in the house) and if you want to do a bonfire on the beach (Pajaro Dunes allows beach fires!).

Outdoor Shower: Rinse off sandy toes with a refreshing hot or cold shower in a private outdoor area, just steps from the beach.

Guests can use the entire property, as well as common areas of the Pajaro Dunes Resort, including the famous beach club with recreational facilities, such as tennis, pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and picnic area). The entire gated community is highly walkable, and includes a beautiful boardwalk to check out the unique coastal architecture of the area, and a paved trail that runs right by the slough - perfect for jogging and biking. And of course, the pristine beach that goes on for miles in both directions, all the way from Manresa beach to the North, to the mouth of the Pajaro River to the south (where you can literally find a million shorebirds)!

The trash container is right by the last parking spot under the eucalyptus tree. It's buried under the ground with a cover that you lift up with your foot. for additional trash, there is a recycle and trash receptacle near the gatehouse

Access to the house requires climbing a small flight of stairs.
