Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The perfect setting ......pond in one direction and sea grasses and the beach in the other direction. Pajarro Dunes is a one of a kind complex on the coast and is very close to Santa Cruz beach and Boardwalk. Also very close Monterey Aquarium and Pacific Grove.... as well as Carmel and Point Lobos.It was hard to visit everything that was close. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the comfy unit and fireplace. If we forgot anything, there was a market and Target within a few minutes. Lovely place. Lovely stay!

Home away from home

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach was literally steps away. The home was very clean and it actually felt like home. We definitely recommend.

Everything was great! Except the weather! But we were prepared. The bathroom drain was slow and several things needed batteries.We LOVED the decor!! Hats off to the decorater!Very quiet except the rain and wind!!We enjoyed the Olympics with the pitter patter of the rain!

Another great stay

We stay at the Ryan’s property frequently. The property is immaculate, great size, incredibly comfortable and is mere steps from the beach. They are great hosts and truly nice people. My kids, my wife and myself love the property. Thanks as always.
