They need to update their advertising, because there was suppose to be queen size beds & they were only doubles. They were suppose to be open 24/7. They aren’t! Advertised as all rooms have a kitchenette. They don’t! For breakfast, the pancake machine & the toaster never worked! The 2 garbage cans in the kitchen room, didn’t open properly.

Our reservation was for 4 nights and it was so bad that we checked out the next day. We did not get a refund for the remaining days. That meant we paid over $500 for our one night stay. Each room had a chair and ash tray in front of the rooms. They were smoking right outside our room while chatting with the manager. The bed was comfortable. That was only thing that was decent about this room. We were planning on doing our laundry at this facility but it was so filthy that we decided to wait. The breakfast room was dark and dingy.

The room we were in requires some maintenance. The door would not shut tight as there was a screw missing in lock and needs adjusting. You could see light coming in the lower left. Since it was a kitchenette, the kitchen sink was not mounted to the counter, just floated. I also noted there was No smoke detector in the room.
