The Lake House was pleasant and had some great space to social with friends with two large TVs and casual spaces along with a spacious deck. There was also access to a dock, although the lake wasn't the greatest water quality and the boat landing on the lake was closed. We did get out on a boat going through the next lake over. The downstairs bathroom was nice and there were plentiful towels and soap provided. We were intrigued by the metal ceilings! The downstairs couch was comfy. There were a few things that didn't live up to my five-star standard, based on other bookings. Some of the rooms had damage or nearly finished feel to them. The kitchen was stocked, but there weren't many plates, bowls, or silverware for multiple guests for multiple days, basically enough for one meal. None of the bedrooms had tables of any kind, like a nightstand. Many of the windows had a lot of dead bugs in them, but it is a lakeside home. Finally, the hot tub was broken during our visit and we only found out the day of check-in. We asked for a refund and were offered a small refund for two nights, which isn't nothing, but I don't think the unit is worth the price without the hot tub. Something to check on before you book. This place has 5-star potential but it's not quite there yet!
