The location was fabulous. The rooms are basic and clean, but not very mobile-friendly. The pool was not operating, which was a disappointment. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food and prompt service.

Aside from the property being dated and requiring major updating, it was clean and the amenities (like shampoos and towels) were of high quality. An overhaul of the furniture, some new paint and flooring and this place would be 4 star or better.

Location and restaurant were very good. Our room was in need of repair with curtains that were 4 inches away from closing when drawn, king bed up against a wall, dated well-used furnishings, a chair with a broken leg, old carpeting, screen door did not close properly, no kleenex or bar soap (liquid hand soap in a dispenser on the mirror and far removed from the shower) Must say the room was very clean and the bathroom and kitchenette had new flooring, cupboards, sinks and appliances. Unfortunately our room was downgraded from what we booked due to a leak in the days prior to us arriving. No apologies and no rate adjustment until Expedia sent our check-in comments to the hotel manager. Not a good value for the price.

Clean and convenient hotel in a scenic town.

Beautiful area by the mountains and lakes. Nice town with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable room, only complaint was that during our three night stay we did not get any service, coffee in the room ran out and the trash cans were overflowing.

Room was definitely not worth the price. Not overly clean, and more a place for hikers. No phone, couldn't open a window, and the outside door was locked shut. We had to walk by the garbage cans to go to our room, very smelly. We ate at the restaurant, and not impressed with the food. My salad was very oily, and the chicken had no flavor, except for char. There was no Indian flavor at all. Would not recommend this place!

The door was unlocked. There were cigarette burns on the rug which were dirty. The hallway did not not deserve over 200$. Truly I would not pay more than 90$ max. It was not great.

The room needs updating. Looks like new bathroom, but rest of room needs updating. Too crowded with king and sleeper sofa. No bed side table on left side and had to climb on bed to get into it. The door coming into room was so out of wack, had to lift on to it, to close it. Almost had to use a shoulder to open it to go inside.

The property and others around are in desperate need of repairs externally. The roofs and exteriors clearly have been in need of painting and roofing for at least fifteen years. I was amazed that a national park tourist destination would be in such a state of disrepair. However the property grounds and the surrounding town was kept very clean.
