We stayed here in October. Overall the stay was great! A couple things I would suggest they could do to make the stay better. The bathroom has no fan. The water from the shower is wrecking the baseboards and is leaving a smell. The shower could be sealed better so it doesn’t get water on the floor. They have a tea pot and tea cups with tea bags for you. But no hot water is in the room. Overall, the stay was great! The kilmorey restraunt was amazing. Excellent food. We will definitely come back and stay again!

The receptionist was not too helpful with knowledge about the area. Had no maps or information of the town available, very strange we thought for a hotel.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location and a great building. We visited in shoulder season, so most businesses were closed. As a result the bar and restaurant at the lodge was busy. The businesses are also understaffed now so they struggled to keep up and service was a bit chaotic and slow, but the food was great the portions were generous. We will be back in September rather than October next time. Great stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. However they need better maintenance. Carpets are showing wear. For the price you would expect perfection. Common areas like the lobby are tired. Carpet was dirty and stained. Windows need cleaning. Restaurant is fine but far from great.

The Kilmorey Lodge is a beautiful property. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We particularly liked the individual lights and night shelves for each side of the comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing as was dinner. The service in the dining room and pub was friendly and welcoming. Katie, Leeza and Cole made us feel right at home. The Lodge has a beautiful view of the lake and is conveniently located a few blocks from many shops. I will stay there again should I return to Waterton Park.
