The room was nice and clean but when we went down for breakfast all the tables were dirty and piled with dishes no one was cleaning and it wasn’t busy. We were not greeted or anything so we left and went somewhere else. I did find the hotel was very short staffed as even the front desk there was times we had to wait a while because the girl was off having to do other things.

The hotel was nice in general. Comfortable bed, and spacious room. We also had a nice breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the pool area, which was crowded (not that the staff can do anything for it). The water, however, certainly needed to be changed.

I enjoyed my visit, I found the location to be suitable for my visit to Waterton Lakes NP, although ~ 45 miles 2+way drive was a bit further than I would have liked to Waterton Lakes NP. There was no brochure in the office about visiting Waterton Lakes NP. So I used Google & Google maps for info. Comfortable beds to rest at night, but small yappy dog in nearby room made for not so restful sleep during the nights. Luggage carts in lobby were helpful to transport luggage from parking lot to - from room. I used other places to eat food than on-site at the Convention Center.
