Everything was good, especially the staff. Delicious cookies offered at the desk. And very good coffee.The front desk gentleman was especially nice. The room was comfortable but had areas that had not been dusted. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The bathroom tub is old and stained. Needs to be updated. Breakfast was good. The overall hotel property looked well maintained. Other than a couple of issues with the room, it was a pleasant stay.

Good for the night!

The front desk operator was wonderful! He was kind and helpful. The hotel gave you bottles of water! For free! One bummer was the television. It had an ancient program where the channels ran and you had to edit and then enter the number. It brought back memories of my childhood!

There were homemade cookies available. Check in went smoothly, short distance to the old downtown Cedar Falls. That's a great restaurants. Very convenient freeway access as well. Friendly staff clean room. Highly recommend

It's a really lovely place and the location is near the campus. If you wanna visit the Panthers home, this hotel is a very good option

The rooms were ok, the pool area was not cleaned well, an old bag of candy was laying by the hot tub for who knows how long. Black mold caked on the vents in pool area. Breakfast was terrible, no sausage ,no orange juice, cranberry and apple juice was obviously watered down, the milk was expired by a week with chunks on the top. Save yourself, go somewhere else.

Check in was smooth. Our first room had obviously not been cleaned, the bed was unmade, the bathroom had trash in it and used towels on the floor. We were given a second room, which was clean, but no tv remotes and two burnt outlight bulbs. We were given one tv remote but the bulbs were never replaced. We asked for a discount on our room several times and no manager was ever present and no compensation was given. The breakfast was decent and the property was well kept and conveniently located. Expected better service for the price.
