Hotel staff were very friendly. But the room was not. It had a bad smell, like old tobacco smoke which did not go away. The lamps by the bed did not work. The condition of the room was not the best. Carpet was gross and the bathroom falling apart. The bathtub faucet leaked all night. We used to love staying at the Doubletree as it was much cleaner. It is now rundown and I just felt gross staying there. It is in need of a serious update/renovation. The only good things were the view from our room and it was surprisingly quiet all night but maybe that is because no one stayed there even though there was a show at the arena. For the price it is not worth staying there anymore for shows. I highly doubt we will stay again.

We were on the seventh floor in room 707 and around 1 am a very inoxicated woman started screaming anout something for several minutes before she stopped by then i was fully awake and could not go back to sleep so i had a very restless night!
