Was a nice hotel the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately, with people living there those people were extremely rude. Coming back from the bar at 2:30 in the morning and just walking down the hallway trying to figure out the vending machine being yelled at to keep it down because somebody wants to have a room right by the vending machine isn’t very smart, and we were not being loud. Also, all the kids screaming obnoxiously in the lobby was very unwelcoming.

It was a great experience. The receptionist was very nice, and the lady working in the kitchen and dining area was wonderful as well. Breakfast was great, and they were very accommodating by allowing us a later checkout since my mom’s appointment was pushed back.

Staff extremely friendly. Room was clean enough/rooms are little run down. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a ton of options for all including non dairy milk which was a huge plus. Overall great value and in downtown Waterloo which was convenient to get where we needed to be.
