The spacious living/bedroom features a double bed with high-quality Dormiente natural latex mattresses. The cozy couch offers an additional sleeping option (90 x 200 cm). A flat-screen TV is also provided. The adjoining kitchen/dining area features a dining table with four chairs, as well as a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and French press coffee maker. The “Jungle Bath” features a walk-in shower. The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. A paid parking garage is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The town center is just a few meters away.<br> The apartment is located in the heart of Wasserburg’s Old Town. There are two excellent Italian restaurants and various shopping options nearby.
