You can access the apartment (approx. 42 square meters) on the 1st floor via a private outdoor staircase; it is situated in a secluded corner of the barn.
Here, you’ll have plenty of privacy, surrounded by peace and nature—as well as the typical sounds of country life (chickens, roosters, cows, and the occasional farm tractor, etc.).
The vacation rental was newly built in 2023 and lovingly furnished. You’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the meadow across the way with its romantic ruin and have your own parking space available.
Bicycles can be parked, charged, and stored securely. This cozy, charming, and rustic apartment is ideal for 1–2 people, with room for up to 1–2 additional guests on the pull-out couch.
If needed, we have a baby/toddler bed and a high chair available. The nearest train station is Bad Endorf, about 4 km away. If you’re arriving by train, we’ll pick you up at the station; however, there’s also a direct bus running several times a day between Bad Endorf and Eberloh, and there’s an on-demand taxi service called “Rosi.”
Eberloh is a small hamlet located between Halfing and Bad Endorf, off the main road.
Our farm is situated in a natural, rural, quaint, and friendly setting with views of the countryside, the mountains, and the old orchard, which is home to our chickens (including a rooster).
You can walk to the festival in Immling, and by car, you’re just a few minutes away from Bad Endorf and Halfing, where you’ll find all the shops and amenities you need.

Lake Chiemsee is a 15-minute drive away, the mountains are 25 minutes away, and the towns of Wasserburg and Rosenheim are also 20–25 minutes away.
By train, you can reach Munich in 50 minutes and Salzburg in 1 hour.

A private outdoor staircase leads to the apartment (approx. 42 square meters) on the 1st floor, which faces northeast. The vacation rental offers peace and privacy. A private parking space is available.

The living area features an open-concept kitchen with a dining area. Opposite is a corner sofa bed and a TV nook with satellite TV. Wi-Fi is also available.

Separated by rustic beams is the cozy sleeping area with a 180-cm double bed, complete with nightstands and reading lamps. Towels and bed linens are included.

The apartment features a private balcony with seating and a small table, offering a view across the orchard all the way to Halfing in the background.

The fully equipped kitchen includes, in addition to dishes and cutlery, a Senseo coffee pod machine, a kettle, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a blender, various kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a toaster. Salt and pepper are provided.

The hamlet of Eberloh, where our farm is located, is somewhat off the beaten path yet still centrally located.

All around you, the beautiful Chiemgau region awaits with all its attractions—forests, numerous lakes, rivers, and the mountains are nearby.
There are plenty of opportunities to relax, go for walks, bike, and hike or climb, or take a boat trip on Lake Chiemsee to visit the famous islands. You can reach the Immling Festival in 15 minutes on foot via a lovely walk through the woods.

Here, many birds still sing, and in the distance, the Halfing church tower rings out softly; on holidays only, you can hear the historic train in the distance (excursion tip).

A beautiful quarry lake (for swimming) and a well-maintained Kneipp facility are within walking distance, just 1 km away.
In the neighboring villages, there are still several active dairy farmers, and the surrounding fields are cultivated.
