Worse hotel in DC. The room was cold; we had to call maintenance to fix the heat and even after that was unreliable. Bed was very uncomfortable. I got a backache. You can hear airplanes all night. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. Also I was charged for $8 bottle of water that I did not use. Fraud!! The man at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. Also you need to take two elevators from the street to your room. Both the Hyatt and Hilton are better options in Arlington.

We chose to have breakfast in the hotel (Amuse). Two eggs, bacon, juice and coffee with one slice of toast was $21! Ridiculous......wife had pancakes that were so tough they had to be cut with a knife! Thank goodness we had a comp for this meal. Staff was very friendly and property clean. The proximity to the Metro was very convenient for our trips into DC. Nearby dining options were eh....but I would highly recommend Nando Peruvian chicken.

The customer service didn’t answer the phone. The light was not working. The USB plaque is not working. I called him. They don’t answer. They come so late. The coffee was not in the room. I called the customer service. Nobody brought it. I was not happy with service and with the churches in the room I need my money back.
