Welcome to one of our best VRBO's and part of my collection of 10 Airbnb's. Ive been lucky enough host 1000's of guests, 5 years consecutively as a super-host and over 1100 reviews.

Public Transportation to DC: Walk to Columbia pike and S Orme street, that’s a 8-10 minute walk from the house and take bus 16E. That bus takes you straight to DC.

For instance one of the stops is 14th street NW and Pennsylvania Ave NW. That street is only 0.2 miles from White House

Private Custom Movie Theater w/ cloud ceiling & 11 fully reclining seats and premium 13 speaker surround immersive speakers. Operates w/ fire stick connected directly to the projector so you are able to connect and sign into your streaming services. ($50 seperate fee per night to access but only charged if you want the theater)

First Floor:

Living room: large L shaped couch plus a 3 seater blue couch and 2 individual chairs. Plenty of space to sit your family and friends

Kitchen: fully stocked with/ coffee station what includes keurig coffee machine and coffee/ creamers/ sugar. Pots and pans. Plates/cups/ silverware, Bakeware.

Dining Room: 2 dining tables ( 14 seats total),
Plus 6 barstools for up to 20 seats total.

The property was nice; however, the communication with the host was less than expected and sometimes the responses received were inappropriate. We did not have cleaning supplies, the water pressure was low making bathing difficult. Also, there were insects in the kitchen and the bathroom. There were not sufficient hangers for our clothes although we had large closets.
