When we checked in about 3 pm, a lot of guests were waiting to check in. Yet there was only 1 agent at the front desk. So there was a long line and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes before being greeted by the agent.
We were at the bar Sat night (9/6) having wine and watching a football game. A bar waitress, who I think was on duty, stood very close to us and talking very loudly to a couple of guests, probably her friends, at a table next to us. She talked for over half an hour, so loudly that it definitely affected us and perhaps another table (who moved away). She did absolutely no work during that 1/2 hour period. A guest from another table went to the staff and complained that they had been waiting for a long time and had not been served. It was a very annoying experience for us.
Finally, in our room, we were given two micro-sized bottles of water. With the amount of money we paid for the room, the hotel could do better than that.
