Amazing check in! The Shore house and rooms are the cutest. It really checks all the boxes for the beach vibe. And the sea craft restaurant on site had amazing food and service. Every bite better than the last.

Room floor was visibly dirty with dirt and hair. Once the floor got wet it was very disgusting. It’s as if the floor never gets mopped. Beds are short. I am 5’6” and my feet were hanging off the bed.

We thought the hotel room was spacious and had zero issues. Having the continental breakfast was great! We actually ate dinner all 3 nights we stayed at the restaurant attached to the hotel because we were tired and it was convenient and delicious! We enjoyed the firepit on the chilly evenings. Walking distance to the beach which was nice even in the off season.

The dumpster had trash outside of it for days. You could smell it from the front side of the building. Bags of wash sat out in the parking lot. Floors were never cleaned. Breakfast was sad- just don’t do it. Day old frozen danish and stale bagels were not appetizing. Parking should be assigned spots- the shuffling was crazy. Location was great.
Sink was stupid. Could not wash face or brush teeth without water hitting the floor

Loved my stay here. Most comfortable bed ever. Love being so close to the beach and being able to wake up grab a coffee and light breakfast at the hotel and walk along the ocean. The staff are so friendly and kind. Will come back here again. Best spot in Narragansett!

The motel part of the hotel is where we stayed, no ocean view. It was clean & quiet. The free breakfast buffet was good. Bagels to toast, mini muffins, cereal, & yogurts. When I tried to book an extra night, the prices were $200 more than most of the other hotels in the area. Didn’t feel it was worth that much more.

Went for a quick overnight stay but we had gotten upgraded to a larger room which was beautiful and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful with parking. Only thing was the mattress was very squeaky although it was comfortable.

Labor Day getaway

It was a great experience, we were met in the parking lot by Nikki, the hotel manager. Very friendly, and very helpful. It was very clean and the cleaning staff took great care of the room every day. They had a great continental breakfast offered in the lobby and the people that worked. They were very friendly.

I was in Naragansett for 4 nights for a family beach trip. Unfortunately I did not know until I arrived at the property that there was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I am an older woman with arthritic knees so this was definitely a problem for me. Fortunately, there was someone to help me up with my bag. Basically, it was a very nice property....clean and comfortable. The shower and toilet were in one area and the sink was in another. The sink was tiny and difficult to use....ie....brushing my teeth over this little sink was difficult. Also, the walls were thin and children in the next room made a hell of a lot of noise at 7am!! Breakfast in the lobby was sufficient. The restaurant food and service were good. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall....it was a good experience.

The room was simply horrible. The sink was in the bedroom and it was so small and the faucet so long that washing your face was problematic and resulted in puddles on the floor. The staff was unhelpful. Continental breakfast oranges were non-peel able and dry like they have been sitting out for a month. Bad experience all around
