This hotel is the worst we have stayed in. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before I booked. It needs so much work. Our television did not work. The front desk women was kind and tried to fix it to no avail. They did offer us the room next door but by that time, we had already unpacked and put our belongings away.It was Christmas Day so we knew that no one would be able to fix it but for the next couple of days, it still was not fixed. The bedside lamp did not work. We did mention it to front desk but was never fixed. The door under sink (where trashcan was stored) did not close. My husband turned the faucet on and BLACK water came out. It had not been used in awhile , apparently. We asked if there was a restaurant and they said that it was being overhauled. No coffee in lobby. It was so strange that we were the only guests at the hotel, only car in parking lot! We ended up leaving and staying at a family member’s home. So disappointed. It was like they were going to be going out of business and obviously did not care about any part of the hotel!

The location is excellent! Staff is really good and welcoming. But the condition of room was not great. We had booked an ADA room for a person in wheelchair. In the bathroom the space between the toilet and wall was so narrow that the shower could bot even be reached. The sink was high almost at face level making it almost not usable. Overall the condition of the hotel and its amenities seem to be in desparate need of some long due maintenence.

The tv remote had issue after issue. Manager came to room to try and help. We had to control manually by standing at tv. The smell of cleaning bleach is so strong when you got off the 3rd floor elevator. It was almost as strong as the smell of marijuana coming from the rooms on our floor. Keys were inactivated a day early, which lead to another trip to front desk. Lots of noise on patios late night. This place needs some TLC…quickly. I would look elsewhere.

They called me the night before we arrived and tried to cancel my room because of some door lock issues. I told them to get the manager to call me back ASAP. Upon arrival the front door person was eating dinner and I felt like I was bothering her. Got locked out of our room because the reader was not working. The pool and hot tub were also closed. Ridiculous the way the hospitality industry is today. At check out they said nothing to me. Not even how was your stay sir? Find something else in the area.
