The room I’m talking about and the bed is on cott4

The place is in a very nice area, but the mattress has to be replaced like last year, it can’t be used at all, and the woman who great at the day we checked in is terrible with people, she should never be a customer service representative, she gave her back to us while talking in a radio with security guards, took an hour for us to leave the front desk, because she would help everyone else but us first the cottage number 4 needs new mattress urgent

Never will stay here again.

Our stay started out not so good. We were told we could check in between 12-1 and when arrived, were told not until 315. Our cottage bedroom doors would not latch or close. For $502 a night, the cottage was extremely small as well as had a TV probably 15 years old. Also, there is only one fire pit for about 18 cottages. A few people staying in another cottage were regularly smoking marijuana and a staff member came down to the fire pit one night and said they were fine to smoke it as long as there wasn't kids around. Coming from my husband and I who both work law enforcement, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We will never be staying here again.

Cute pleasant cottage, relaxing stay

Good view , river location close to everything yet still peaceful. Cute clean fully- equipped cottage, ours looks recently renovated inside, grounds were nice with bbq area facing the water & deck. No complaints at all, had pleasant stay, would recommend.
