Our Beach Houses are Prime Beachfront Property and are the cream of the crop when it comes to vacation rentals in the area. These executive class, town-home-style beach houses offer 3 floors, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, are over 2300 sqft in size, can support 10 adults comfortably. Each Beach House has it's own unique decor, and has it's own personal touch.

If you are inquiring about such events as a wedding, family reunion, graduation, or any other gatherings requiring more than 10 guests, and you need multiple beach houses, please contact us directly, and we will assist you with your needs. Together, all 4 beach houses can support groups of up to 40 Adults.
This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.
There are no refunds given for this property.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
HST is not included in the price. 13% HST will be added to all prices.
Security Deposit is $750.
If you use credit credit card, the damage/security deposit will be returned back to the credit card after you leave.

Each beach house has 2 parking spots. Any cars over the limit will need to use a nearby overflow parking lot at an additional cost.
Check in times are 4:00 PM. In most cases we will call you before 4PM if its ready.
Check outs on Sunday are at 12PM. All other Booking types check out at 11:00 AM unless arranged otherwise.
