Room was perfect for a short stay with kids! Facility was well maintained, the room and bathroom were very clean, the linen was clearly freshly changed, enough towels for everyone. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We were literal steps from shops and tourist attractions and only a little farther than that to the beach. The pool was immaculate and the water was refreshing! Would definitely stay here again!

Got upgraded by the staffs/owner to one of the cottage overlooking the sunset and water. Beautiful experience and staff were super helpful and kind. Truly made our wasaga beach trip a remarkable one

The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic and the staff were welcoming and fantastic to deal with. The property itself was very run-down and unkempt. The vending machine was completely out of order, there were holes in the walls, buttons missing from the air conditioners in both rooms making them extremely difficult to operate, tiles missing from the bathroom floor, pieces of trim out of place, etc.

Pictures online made this place look somewhat decent, but I have no idea how it dares to call itself a “Beach House.” This place is an absolute dump. Without a doubt, this is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The picnic area outside our room was littered with cigarette butts, and the room itself was in terrible condition. The mattresses were collapsing, the carpet was ripped, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the fridge was mouldy. To make matters worse, it’s nowhere near the beach. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money on this place.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The property is in poor shape. Wood Benches and tables for sitting outside were in deplorable shape having not been stained/waterproofed in years. The television in my room did not work and had wires simply hanging down the wall. My group was on motorcycles so the only thing I can say about this place is it was a place to take a shower and sleep for a few hours. I would never recommend this place.

There was no one there when we arrived at the motel , then our room wasn’t ready and they asked us to come back in an hour , then once we got the room there were no towels . We asked for towels . They said they were going to bring us towels and they never did .
