The receptionist on the night shift was friendly, however upon arrival was offered a room downstairs that did not match the description of hotel.com both the double bed and small bed had side panels ripped off and all the springs where hanging out on both beds, also the room appeared to have not been cleaned with shoe boxes over the floor and dirty bathroom, I had babys and toddler with me so this room was not safe, i was then offered room 120 however the room was also very dirty, bathroom had definately not been cleaned and there was stains all over the carpet, also bed springs were sticking in my back so was unable to sleep in the bed. It was not ideal for small children, i would not stay again it was very similar to a hostel.

Disappointing

Outdated, tiles cracked, lack of facilities if you arrive late at the surrounding service area. Didn’t appear to of been cleaned. Had to keep asking for things like towels for second person. Reception staff were polite though.

Dirty and horrible

Really dirty to the point I would say unhygienic Carpets stained and dirty, disgusting built up of dirt and hair in corners of bathroom and whole room smelt horrible

Handicapped rooms are great. No stairs or steps, handholds in shower where most places you’re sure to slip! Generous with teas and coffee Window looks at parking lot, ground level, although by a M road convenience restaurants, very quiet
