The studio consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The modern arrangement in a unique style, made with attention to detail, emphasises the unusual atmosphere of this place. The kitchenette is equipped with top-quality appliances enabling you to prepare delicious meals on your own. The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function for one person and a separate area with a double bed is a perfect space for rest and relaxation. In addition, there is a space in the studio with a desk, ideal for remote work or study. Evening entertainment will be provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv and Wi-Fi access. An additional plus of the studio is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay.

It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, while appreciating convenience and quick access to the city centre. Thanks to the well-developed public transport network, only 600 metres from the metro station, residents have guaranteed access to Warsaw's most important attractions. The Palace of Science and Culture can be reached in about 30 minutes and the Royal Castle in about 40 minutes. The area offers a rich retail and service infrastructure and access to recreational areas. The playground at Brustman's Ponds is only 350 metres from the building, while the Bielański Forest with its viewpoint over the Vistula is 1.6 km away. A shopping and entertainment centre with the Wam Theatre, cinema and restaurants is located 1 km away. You will be able to stock up on the most necessary groceries at Biedronka (210 m) or Lidl (450 m). It takes about 30 minutes to get to Chopin Airport by car or taxi and about 25 minutes to get to Warsaw Central Railway Station.
