Our stay was superb and the only issue we had was lack of any response to your question. Our flight was at 11.30 pm and we knew we had luggage storage on level 17. We checked out at 11 am and were not allowed to leave our bags at the attached hotel. We were able to leave them at the mall until 8pm and it is quite a distance to walk.
