Disliked: Communication
This is a new build, and the place was comfortable, though small. The bed was a pull-out couch and only somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the shower, which didn't drain properly. Each time I asked for it to be fixed, the host promised someone would reach out, but no one ever did. Since we were staying for two weeks, we ended up cleaning the drain ourselves just to use the shower. For a new build, a drain in that condition suggests it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the lack of follow-through from the host was unacceptable.
