In the neighbourhood, there are extensive green areas, such as Pole Mokotowskie Park, Służewiecka Valley Park or Arkadia Park, which are popular among sports and recreation enthusiasts as they offer numerous bicycle and walking paths and jogging routes. Not far from the flat is also one of the largest and most beautiful racecourses in the world - Służewiec Race Course. Nearby guests can find shops, restaurants and Galeria Mokotów ( 700 m). Numerous public transport stops and Chopin airport are not far from the flat (approx. 10 min by car).
