Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and they had already set up the roll away bed for us which was good. There was no flyscreen on our window so we couldn't open the window to get fresh air without bugs. It was in a central location. The bathroom door didnt close easily.

What a beautifully kept property. From the minute I drove on to the property I was impressed by the tidiness and well maintained our door areas. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff as well as the cleaners who were busily working. Once I entered my room I was even more impressed. What a clean and tidy room that smelt fresh and looked perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I will definitely check in again next time I'm staying in Warrnambool. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great stay to check in to the Mid City Warrnambool.

Clean room and spacious. The bathroom was refurbished but with dripped paint, loose plumbing, and a broken fixture left in the vanity. The reception was off-hand prior to check-in, very pleasant after. Nevertheless, the location and facilities are good. We'd stay there again.

Check in staff member not very friendly. Family Room for the price $454.30 one night was not great. Smell of vomit throughout the room and both beds. Toilet had strong odour of urine. Stains on floors. Shower recently upgraded and grout stains not cleaned from the Floor tiles. No breakfast or food available. Overall it could have been better for the price.
