Only comment on accommodation as hot springs access not included. Expedia photos are touched up. 20% off but bathroom has jaccuzi tub. Message sent through Expedia was not answered by the property staff. Else would have chosen other booking platform as price is much lower since hot spring access not included. Location is good as near beach.

Courteous and friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, luxurious towels. The staff obviously responded to the initial concern about bird droppings at the front entrance since all cleaned up by next morning.

I always love stating at the Deep Blue so I can use the mineral pools in both the hotel and the larger outdoor complex. The staff are always friendly. I want to give a shout out to the cleaners who are always friendly and say "enjoy your day" when you are walking past. Highly recommend it.

The staff at main entrance rude other guests staying very rude and very loud very uncomfortable bedding the bed was so hard the pillows were horrible the room is very small not described as mentioned would definitely not come back and not recommend to anybody, best part about stay was the cleanliness the cleaning staff fantastic very friendly in accommodating and nice to speak to
