Welcome to the Sunset Cottage at Pinehurst Beach! This cozy, charming waterfront cottage is perfect for a Perfect quiet weekend getaway or for a small family to unwind by the beach.
Getting here is quick and easy, just off the highway, without any of the Bourne or Sagamore bridge traffic one has to get to the Cape. But you get all of the Cape Cod charm with none of the bridge hassle! Just pull into one of the three parking spots right out front. ONE WAY STREET ACESS TO THE PROPERTY.
Situated in a cove, our Sunset Beach cottage has a peaceful & quiet vibe, with quick access to Buzzards Bay for boating and fishing. Bring your row-boat, kayaks, or paddle boats to the small beach behind the house, or sit back and enjoy the incredible sunsets over the water from the spacious back porch. Lounge read a book, or play board games on the swinging daybed on the front porch.
The main floor has a bedroom with one full bed and two twin mattresses upstairs. Both bedrooms have water views. A full bathroom with a standing shower is located upstairs, and a half-bathroom is on the first floor. Take a shower under the stars in the outdoor shower!
The first-floor den has an AC unit with a coffee nook, TV, and a comfy sectional sofa. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and cooking gear. This cottage is ideal for those who want to spend their day on the water and come home to cook their “catch of the day”.
The quiet residential roads of the Pinehurst Beach area are perfect for walking or biking, and downtown Wareham is less than a mile away! The nearby towns of Wareham and Onset offer many restaurants, shopping, outlets & entertainment. The Sunset Beach cottage is a family home, and we have enjoyed this little slice of paradise together for over 30 years.

Located in Wareham, this vacation home is on the beach. Atlantic Country Club and Southers Marsh Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Water Wizz and Lyman Reserve. Edaville and King Richard's Faire are also worth visiting.
