Great place to stay! Very clean and having our own balcony with a beautiful view was a plus. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We were driving into the area for only one night because we were picking up a new boat. Chose to stay here and was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, bathroom was very clean. It was very peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed for our stay. The bar and restaurant had very good food, and drink. We had a beach / water view from our room and balcony. The beach is located across the street from the hotel making it very easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel. Rates are very reasonable considering the location.

This was truly a wonderful experience. We are at both restaurants and the food was fantastic the staff were great and the building was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was the mattress wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The linens and pillows were very nice quality however the actual bed was squeaky and uncomfortable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The food at the restaurant was very good. Good central location , close enough to do many things in Cape Cod.
