Set along a picturesque, tree-lined street in Walla Walla’s historic district, Washington House pairs the character of a beautifully restored 1900 home with thoughtful modern updates, a private backyard and hot tub, all within an easy walk of downtown.

Just a short walk from downtown tasting rooms, restaurants, shops, and Whitman College, the location makes it easy to experience Walla Walla while still having a beautiful retreat to come home to.

Inside, soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a generous kitchen, and inviting dining and living spaces create an effortless setting for time together. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms make Washington House especially comfortable for three couples traveling together.

The upstairs primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. On the main floor, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom each have their own dedicated full bathroom. An additional half bath off the living room adds convenience for the entire group.

Outside, the private fully fenced backyard is made for Walla Walla evenings. Share dinner outdoors, gather around the fire pit, or settle into the seven-person hot tub beneath the mature trees after a day exploring wine country.

Walk downtown for dinner, spend the day visiting wineries, then come home to a space that feels every bit as special as the trip itself.
Washington House is dog-friendly for up to two dogs. Please review the House Rules for the applicable pet policy and fee.
HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.

Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.

Guests remain responsible for damage not covered by applicable protection, subject to the terms of their reservation and booking platform.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.

Guests may be responsible for damage or additional servicing resulting from misuse, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial activities require prior approval.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

Please secure all windows and doors when leaving the property and ensure fireplaces, BBQs, and other equipment are safely turned off.
