The Davis House is a newly decorated and appointed comfortable one-level home in a quiet neighborhood next to Walla Walla University. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops - a joy to prepare meals in. There is an attached, secure two car garage. The large private fenced back patio has ample seating for Lounging and BBQ`s. The Hot Tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

The space was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet. Could use full length mirrors in all the bedrooms though. The hot tub was perfect-very clean. The host must have had some guests not take care of the hot tub properly as there were so many rules and reminders and things to take notice of when it came to using it. To the point that we were all paranoid! From fastening and unfastening the clips to how to open it and close it properly, etc. And the threat of the extra 250 fee if things weren’t done properly hung over our head as well. We are three very responsible women so it seemed a little over the top. But I also understand that it’s an expensive thing to have and maintain as well. I’m sure not everyone is responsible. Host was very responsive to messages. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We found the house to be very charming and exactly what three friends needed. The personal touches did not go unnoticed. From the bathrobes and slippers in each room to the bottle of wine on the counter and so much more, it was perfect.

This is a very comfortable home. 3 of us stayed here and we each had our own comfortable room. There is a great kitchen to cook in and a fun hot tub to soak in at night. There as a very comfortable back deck with a table to eat outside and a seated area with a small fire pit. We will definitely return

AWESOME house!

This house is awesome. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, cupboard was stocked and they gave us a bottle of welcome wine! Neighborhood makes it really easy to get to south, west and downtown wineries. A little loud at night as it's directly across from the college but not terrible. Only warning would be that the house rules don't want kids in the hot tub (even with supervision). Would totally stay here again as long as we were not with our kiddos.

Nice location

Good place for a weekend getaway with family. Great hot tub, beds comfortable and enjoyed the robes and extra towels for the hot tub. Only suggestion would be to add college place to address link that was sent. Link noting walla walla took us out to the airport!
