We didnt end up staying. It was ghetto, smelled like hot breath and B.O. went to turn the AC on and a burnt smell filled the room that was just aweful. So i called the front desk and told him we would not be staying. Was told to call Hotels.com to try and get my money back, but of course as soon as they called the front desk, i was denied a refund, of course. This room mind you was $256/night?!?!?!?!?! Thats robbery. I wouldnt have paid $50 if i knew how ghetto this place was going to be. And to not get any kind of refund is just absolutely absurd.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We've stayed at a few Quality Inns this year and the gravy for the biscuits was the best so far, and having bacon one of the mornings was a wonderful change to the sausage, which was still good.

Easy to get to. Nice staff. Good breakfast. We were in a floor room and it was very noisy above us. Creaking floors and not much insulation or sound dampening at all. It is an older hotel so the carpet is breaking down and the rooms could be updated.

They charge many unannounced fees, the rooms are dirty in person, there was bugs in the room, it smelled like cigarettes in the room even though it was non-smoking, the staff was rude and unaccommodating

Quiet stay and very convenient. Nice to have breakfast each morning with great options. Our door key had to be re set each night which was a bit annoying at the end of the long day, but staff were friendly about it. Upon check out when asked how my stay was, I said all of the above and was told I must've put my room card next to other cards or magnet. I did not. So hopefully they can fix this situaton for others!

We stayed in a pet friendly room. It probably hasn’t been remodeled in a while but it was well-maintained and very clean. Beds were not super premium but definitely comfortable enough for our one night stay. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was okay but leaning a little more carb oriented than I would have preferred. Coffee was decent and more drinkable than that offered in many hotels. Would consider staying again if passing through Walla Walla.

This is an okay hotel, easy walk to downtown. The breakfast is a little sad and there were a lot of flies in the dining area. The fitness room is tiny and I think someone stole the 10 lb weights. Would only stay there again if not many other options and I wasn’t going to spend much time in the room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just an old place that needs a lot of love and updated. Beds and pillows should be upgraded soon!! It is close to town and very convenient. It’s ok for a night or two but that’s it.

If you are paying off season or mid week rates this is a perfectly acceptable motel. It’s closer to downtown than some of the other hotels of similar price points in the area. It has a decent continental breakfast with some nice hot items. Beds are comfortable enough. But when you are paying weekend summer rates it feels a little less nice. It’s a bit grungy just more from age than lack of cleaning. Our shower didn’t seem to have very hot water and the door lock didn’t work well, it took 4-5 tries every time. The room smelled like it may have been a smoking room many years ago. But we’ll probably stay again if we have to go to Walla Walla on a wine weekend as it is one of the more affordable choices and we try not to spend too much time in the room anyway.
