and many other acclaimed wineries, with additional picturesque Southside wineries just minutes away. The heart of
downtown Walla Walla, with its exceptional restaurants and captivating shops, is only four miles away, offering even
more opportunities to experience the best the area has to offer.
Designed to sleep up to nine guests, Liberty Belle features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with king beds and one
spacious bedroom with two queen beds, each thoughtfully conceived for a restful stay. A single futon provides
additional sleeping space. With two full bathrooms, including an extra-large walk-in shower and a towel warmer,
comfort is a priority. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to pair with your favorite local vintages,
creating the ultimate dining experience in wine country.
Every detail of Liberty Belle has been designed to enhance your stay. A six-person hot tub invites you to unwind under
Walla Walla’s expansive night sky, while two picnic tables near the Black Walnut trees provide the perfect setting for
charcuterie and wine. Peekaboo views of the Blue Mountains and the peaceful sight of cows in the pasture add to the
rustic charm of the property. Inside, a cozy gas fireplace, three smart TVs for streaming, and a Bluetooth record player
create the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Whether you`re playing games around the spacious dining table, sinking
into the plush leather couches, or strumming the guitar, there`s something for everyone to enjoy.
For those traveling with children—or the young at heart—the backyard boasts a rare Fun Ful playground set, relocated
over 40 years ago from an elementary school in Clyde. A true vintage treasure, this playground offers a nostalgic and
one-of-a-kind play experience you won’t find anywhere else. Guests can also take advantage of a scenic walking path
with miles of sidewalk access or enjoy a picturesque bike ride along Pepper Bridge Road. Equestrians attending local
rodeo events will appreciate the small pasture available for horse boarding upon request.

Pet Fee: $100 flat fee, maximum of 2 dogs max. Dogs must be in reservation. Yard not fenced, dogs must be leashed at all times when outside due to livestock in pasture.
Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.
GUESTS & OCCUPANCY
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.
Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.
Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.
Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION
Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.
Guests remain responsible for damage not covered by applicable protection, subject to the terms of their reservation and booking platform.
POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES
Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.
Guests may be responsible for damage or additional servicing resulting from misuse, subject to the policies of their booking platform.
SEPTIC SYSTEMS
For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial activities require prior approval.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
Please secure all windows and doors when leaving the property and ensure fireplaces, BBQs, and other equipment are safely turned off.
