Set along Mill Creek, Heron House offers the space and setting for a memorable Walla Walla getaway. With five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room to gather, it’s particularly well suited for couples traveling together, family gatherings, and wine-country weekends.

Four King bedrooms and one Queen bedroom comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious main-floor King primary suite includes a private en-suite bath, while the home’s 4.5 bathrooms make sharing the house easy for a larger group.

At the heart of the home, a generous kitchen and large granite island invite everyone to gather over morning coffee, appetizers, or a bottle discovered during the day’s tastings. When it’s time for dinner, the dining room seats all 10 guests together. Multiple living spaces offer plenty of room to spread out afterward.

Outside, Heron House takes full advantage of its peaceful setting. Enjoy dinner on the patio, fire up the BBQ, relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit, or let your dog enjoy the fully fenced yard. Mill Creek and nearby great blue heron nesting areas bring a special sense of place, while nearby trails offer opportunities for walking, biking, hiking, and horseback riding.

Walla Walla’s wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, and downtown are all just a short drive away, so you can spend the day exploring and still have a comfortable place for everyone to come home and reconnect.

Heron House also includes high-speed fiber internet and a Grizzl-E Level 2 EV charger.

HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.

Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.

Guests remain responsible for damage not covered by applicable protection, subject to the terms of their reservation and booking platform.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.

Guests may be responsible for damage or additional servicing resulting from misuse, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial activities require prior approval.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

Please secure all windows and doors when leaving the property and ensure fireplaces, BBQs, and other equipment are safely turned off.
